[17:10] Bomb Long: because we always worry about how bad the truth is going to be
[17:10] Bomb Long: and wring our hands and agonize over dealing with it
[17:10] Bomb Long: and when it comes along, it may be painful for a period of time
[17:11] Bomb Long: but it's never as bad as what we put ourselves through trying to avoid it
